*Petition submission instructions:
- Take a picture of each page and email them to the following addresses (copy and paste them as they appear here into your email “to” field): timgillespieok@gmail.com, jmsawyer58@gmail.com, ourmissbrooks11@gmail.com
- Mail the pages to Tim Gillespie, PO Box 223, Stroud OK 74079 OR hand them off to Tim Gillespie or Michael Sawyer at your next society meeting
- By emailing pics, we are able to get signers entered into the text/email lists quickly, so please don’t forget to do that first (if no signers on a sheet have provided an email address or phone number, you may skip that step and mail them to us)
- There are no return instructions on the petition sheets, so have members of your society return them to you
- IMPORTANT: please make sure that anyone circulating the petition understands they need to make it VERY clear to signers that if they DO NOT want email/texts to NOT INCLUDE their email address or phone number. If they want one or the other, include ONLY the information they want us to use to contact them. If they include it and then stop it immediately (or even worse, identify it as spam), that can get us into trouble with the email/text service providers. They do need to include their mailing or physical address AND county though so we can identify what legislative districts they are in.
